Train hard. Play brave.
Weekly centres for players who want more: enhanced ball mastery and 1 v 1 confidence at Development, and full academy-style training at Academy. Separate girls’ and boys’ centres, each run for how those groups train best.
Small groups mean places are limited
Development builds the player. Academy sharpens them.
Development is enhanced ball mastery and 1 v 1 confidence: dribbling, taking players on, finishing and agility. Academy is academy-intensity training: tactical work, athletic development and individual development plans. Advanced Development sits between the two, for players ready to be pushed.
Led by UEFA and FA-qualified, DBS-checked coaches in small groups, so your child gets real coaching time, honest feedback and a development plan that is actually about them.
Girls’ and boys’ centres run separately, so pick the one that fits.

A proper step up in training
"My son needed something more challenging and the Development Centre has been exactly that. The drills focus on first touch, quick passing, movement and making decisions under pressure. It feels like proper academy style training, but the coaches still make it enjoyable."
Challenging and really well coached
"My daughter has really enjoyed the higher level of training. They do lots of possession work, one on one drills and small sided games that get the players thinking quickly. The coaches give plenty of feedback and explain the little details that can improve their game."
High quality academy style sessions
"The standard at the Academy Centre is excellent. My son is constantly being challenged to scan, play quickly and stay composed under pressure. The drills are intense and realistic, with a clear focus on preparing players for higher level football."
Exactly the level she needed
"My daughter loves how demanding the Academy Centre sessions are. They work on technical skills, positional play, transitions and decision making in realistic match situations. The coaches expect high standards and give each player detailed feedback on where they can improve."
Academy-standard training. Real pathway opportunities.
Every Performance Phase session is built on academy-style football drills: the same technical patterns, positional practices and match-realistic scenarios used inside professional academies. Players experience a true glimpse of life as an academy footballer, week after week.
